Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive with a defect. In this case, your order will be remade for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Our Ascend Collection return policy lasts 14 days. You may request a refund via email at info@gerardrene.com within 7 days post-delivery. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
